摘  要:为解决色标内框纸在高速包装机上的定位切割位置不准,导致的图案偏移、图案不一致等问题,设计了一种基于Lenze伺服控制的定位输送系统。定位输送系统采用独立的伺服电机驱动偏心压紧辊,并在内框纸切刀模块添加编码器,利用机器速度以及切刀位置与色标位置的偏差进行计算得出伺服电机转速,进而对色标卡纸输送速度进行控制,实现精确定位切割色标内框纸。以ZB48高速包装机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:该系统能满足700包/分钟的高速生产,满足每一张切出的内框纸具备相同的长度和一致的图案的要求。该技术可为提高色标内框纸在ZB48高速包装机上适应性提供支持。In order to solve the problems such as pattern deviation and pattern inconsistency caused by inaccurate positioning and cutting position of color coded inner frame paper on high-speed packaging machine,a positioning and conveying system based on Lenze servo control was designed. The positioning and conveying system uses an independent servo motor to drive the eccentric compression roller, and an encoder is added to the inner frame paper cutter module. The speed of the servo motor is calculated by using the machine speed and the deviation between the cutter position and the color code position, and then the speed of the color code paperboard is controlled to achieve accurate positioning and cutting of the inner frame paper of the color code. Taking ZB48 high-speed packaging unit as an example, the test results show that the system can meet the high-speed production of 700 packets/minute, and meet the requirements that each piece of cut inner frame paper has the same length and consistent pattern. This technology can provide support for improving the adaptability of color coded inner frame paper on ZB48 high-speed packaging machine.
