摘 要:“冰墩墩”作为冬奥吉祥物深得人心,点燃了人们对北京冬奥会的热情,但鲜有人关注“冰墩墩”构式背后的认知转喻理据。本文基于构式语法理论,从语义、形式、语音、文化四个层面分析“冰墩墩”名称背后的认知转喻理据,得出如下结论:(1)“冰墩墩”构式以“冰+叠词”的形式区别于常规的“冰+N”构式,且在冬奥会语境下经历了合二为一的语义整合,获得了独特的构式义。(2)汉语构式“冰墩墩”具有四位一体的转喻认知特征。(3)隐喻和转喻表达作为基本的认知方式,均源于人们的认知体验。转喻是隐喻形成的基础,在隐喻表达的形成中具有重要地位。“Bing Dwen Dwen”is popular as the Winter Olympics mascot.It ignited enthusiasm for the Beijing Winter Olympics.But little attention has been paid to the cognitive metonymic mechanism behind“Bing Dwen Dwen”.Based on the construction grammar theory,this paper analyzes the cognitive metonymic mechanism behind the name“Bing Dwen Dwen”from four aspects:semantic,formal,phonological,and cultural.Conclusions are following:(1)“Bing Dwen Dwen”construction differs from the conventional construction“Bing+N”in its form(“Bing+reduplicated word”),and the unity of semantic integration in the context of the Winter Olympics helps it require unique constructional meaning.(2)The Chinese construction“Bing Dwen Dwen”is a four-level metonymy.(3)Metaphor and metonymy,as basic cognitive modes,are derived from people’s cognitive experience.Metonymy is the basis of metaphor and plays an important role in the formation of metaphorical expressions.
