摘　　要：为了能够有效避免在地下空间开发利用过程中普遍存在的开发不足与无序开发问题,促进城市土地资源可持续开发利用,有必要进行地下空间开发潜力价值的评估研究。运用模糊综合评价方法和层次分析法,构建了地下空间开发潜力价值评估指标体系,并以杭州钱塘新区7个主要街道进行说明,全面评估了其开发地下空间具备的潜力价值。研究结果指出,评估开发地下空间具备的潜力价值,使用模糊层次分析法的评估结果具有较高可靠性。In order to effectively avoid the problems of insufficient development and disorderly development that exist in the process of underground space development and utilization,and promote the sustainable development and utilization of urban land resources,it is necessary to conduct an assessment study on the potential value of underground space development.In this paper,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and hierarchical analysis method,an index system for the potential value of underground space development is constructed,and the potential value of underground space development is comprehensively evaluated by 7 main streets in Qiantang New District,Hangzhou.The results of the study point out that the potential value of the development of underground space is assessed,and the assessment results using fuzzy analytic hierarchy method have high reliability.
