摘 要:上颌骨三维结构的复杂性使上颌骨切除术后缺损的修复仍面临许多挑战。上颌骨缺损可导致面部美学形态异常,同时也影响吞咽、咀嚼、言语及发音功能。常用的自体组织瓣包括局部组织瓣和游离组织瓣,目前3D打印技术辅助自体组织瓣修复上颌骨缺损的方法已应用于临床,但对于手术方法的选择尚存在争议。The complexity of the three-dimensional structure of the maxilla makes it difficult to reconstruct the defect after maxillectomy. The maxillary defect can lead to abnormal facial aesthetics, and also affect swallowing, chewing, speech and pronunciation. The commonly used autologous tissue flaps include local tissue flaps and free tissue flaps. At present, the 3D printing technique assisted autologous tissue flaps to repair maxillary defects has been applied in clinical practice, but the selection of surgical methods is still controversial.
