摘　　要：飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)是目前角膜屈光手术的主流术式之一。围手术期患者沟通对SMILE患者的手术效果和手术体验至关重要。不同患者的生理条件和心理预期大相径庭,专业人员接受培训的程度与沟通水平参差不齐,缺少统一的沟通标准,沟通的有效性难以保证。本文就SMILE围手术期患者沟通及相关问题提供专家指导意见,旨在提高专业人员对围手术期SMILE患者的沟通水平,更好地为屈光患者服务。Femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)is one of the mainstream surgical procedures for corneal refractive surgery.The surgical effectiveness and experience of SMILE patients depend greatly on perioperative doctor-patient communication.Distinct patients have very different physiological needs and psychological expectations,and professionals have varying levels of education and communication skills.It is challenging to guarantee efficient communication in the absence of universal communication standards.To help professionals better communicate with perioperative SMILE patients and serve patients better,this article offers professional advice on perioperative communication with SMILE patients and related issues.
