摘　　要：目的:探讨帕金森病(PD)合并认知功能减退患者脑电图的变化特点及其检查价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月江苏省扬州五台山医院收治的85例PD患者为研究对象,均接受脑电图检查,并根据脑电描记分析其脑电变化特点,分析PD合并认知功能减退患者的脑电图变化特点及其临床意义。结果:85例PD患者蒙特利尔认知评价表(MoCA)评分<26分38例,MoCA评分≥26分47例。合并认知功能减退患者脑电慢波发生率高于未合并认知功能减退患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有慢波PD患者MoCA评分低于无慢波PD患者,匹兹堡睡眠量表评分高于无慢波PD患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PD合并认知功能减退患者脑电图多表现为脑电慢波活动特点,可根据患者脑电波变化情况对PD患者认知功能障碍及睡眠障碍情况进行初步预测与评估。Objective:To investigate the change characteristics and its examination value of electroencephalogram in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)complicated with cognitive impairment.Methods:A total of 85 PD patients admitted to Wutai Mountain Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as study subjects.All patients were examined by electroencephalogram.The change characteristics of electroencephalogram were analyzed according to electroencephalography.The change characteristics and clinical significance of electroencephalogram in PD patients complicated with cognitive impairment were analyzed.Results:Among the 85 PD patients,38 patients had Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score<26 points,and 47 patients had MoCA score≥26 points.The incidence of electroencephalogram slow wave in PD patients with cognitive impairment was higher than that in PD patients without cognitive impairment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The MoCA score of PD patients with slow wave was lower than that of PD patients without slow wave,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of PD patients with slow wave was higher than that of PD patients without slow wave,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The electroencephalogram in PD patients with cognitive impairment mostly shows the characteristics of slow wave activity.The initial prediction and evaluation of cognitive dysfunction and sleep disorder in PD patients can be carried out according to the changes of brain wave.
