浸有不同药物的排龈线对牙龈止血效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氨基己酸注射液对牙龈的止血效果,为临床排龈止血药物的应用提供参考。方法选择行前牙全瓷冠修复患者的150颗患牙为研究对象,随机分成A、B、C三组,分别使用浸有0.1%盐酸肾上腺素注射液、10%氨基己酸注射液、0.9%生理盐水的排龈线进行排龈处理。排龈10 min后,口腔数字化扫描预备体制取光学印模,查看预备体肩台清晰程度。取出排龈线后在放大镜下观察龈沟出血情况,以评价不同止血药物的排龈止血效果。结果与B组、C组相比,A组排龈止血效果更优(P<0.05),和C组相比,A组、B组印模满意度更佳(P<0.05)。结论氨基己酸注射液对龈沟出血有止血效果,但效果不如肾上腺素注射液理想。Objective To discuss the gingival drainage hemostatic effect of caproic acid injection,and to provide the reference for clinical application of gingival drainage hemostatic drugs.Methods A total of 150 affected teeth with porcelain crown restoration were randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C,and gingival drainage lines dipped in 0.1%adrenaline hydrochloride injection,10%caproic acid injection and 0.9%normal saline were used for gingival drainage treatment.10 minutes after gingival drainage,optical impression was taken by oral scan preparation system to check the clarity of the shoulder of the preparation.After the gingival line was removed,gingival sulval bleeding was observed under magnifying glass to evaluate the effect of different drugs on gingival hemostasis.Results Compared with group B and C,A group have significant differences in the effect of gingival hemostasis and impression satisfaction(P<0.05);compared with group A,B and C,the effect of gingival hemostasis and impression satisfaction have significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Caproic acid injection has hemostatic effect on gingival sulci hemorrhage,but the effect is not as good as epinephrine injection.
