摘　　要：意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作,高校意识形态工作直接关系到“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一根本性问题。做好高校意识形态工作,既要科学把握高校意识形态工作的特征,又要充分认识高校意识形态工作的难点,更要建立健全高校意识形态工作的体制机制,构建一套涵盖组织、制度、队伍、阵地、经费、监督等内容的意识形态安全保障体系,以此来增强高校意识形态工作的科学性、针对性、实效性,着力把高校建设成为具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态前沿阵地。Ideological work is extremely important work of the Party.The ideological work of colleges and universities is directly related to the fundamental problem of"who to train,how to train and for whom to train".To perform well,it is necessary to grasp the character of the ideological work in colleges and universities,and to fully understand a difficult point to establish and improve the system and mechanism of the ideological work,constructing a set of ideological security guarantee system covering organization,system,team,position,funds,supervision and other contents.Hence we can enhance the scientific nature,pertinence and effectiveness of ideological work in colleges and universities,and strive to build colleges and universities into the forefront of socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading power.
