摘　　要：甲状腺相关眼病(thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy,TAO)的眼睑异常一般包括眼睑退缩、上睑下垂、下睑内翻、眼睑臃肿和皮肤松弛,可导致功能性和美容性问题;严重者因眼睑闭合不全导致暴露性角膜病变,甚至致盲。问题的解决需要具体情况具体分析,在全面、细致进行病情评估的基础上选择适当的治疗方式。本文就TAO眼睑手术进行简要综述,主要介绍眼睑退缩的手术类型和方式。Eyelid disorders in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO)can lead to functional and cosmetic problems,generally including eyelid retraction,ptosis,entropion of lower eyelid,eyelid bulging and skin laxity.In severe cases,lagophthalmos may result in exposure keratopathy and even blindness.The appropriate treatment is based on comprehensive and detailed patient evaluation.The surgeries for treatment of eyelid disorders in TAO are reviewed in this article,especially options and techniques of surgeries for eyelid retraction.
