摘 要:采用正交试验法,研究真空浸渍工艺对蜂窝结构集成材用桉木芯材阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:真空度对桉木芯材真空浸渍增重率的影响最大,其次为阻燃剂浓度,再次为浸渍时间;综合考虑产品成本及生产效率,确定优化真空浸渍工艺为阻燃液浓度50%、真空度-0.95 MPa、浸渍时间20 min;以此工艺改性的桉木芯材,浸渍绝干增重率大,燃烧失重率小,阻燃效果好于常压浸渍处理和未浸渍阻燃剂的桉木芯材。In this paper,the effect of vacuum impregnation on the flame retardancy properties of Eucalyptus core wood for honeycomb structure glulam was studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the vacuum degree had the greatest influence on the weight gain rate of wood core wood,followed by the concentration of flame retardant,and then the impregnation time.Considering the product cost and production efficiency,the optimum vacuum impregnation process was determined as follows:flame retardant concentration 50%,vacuum degree-0.95 MPa,impregnation time 20 min.The Eucalyptus core modified by this process has higher absolute dry weight gain rate after impregnation and lower weight loss rate after combustion.The flame retardant effect is better than that of Eucalyptus core treated by atmospheric pressure impregnation and not impregnated with flame retardant.
