摘 要:木塑复合材料(WPC)的耐老化性是衡量材料实际应用价值的重要指标之一。人工加速老化具有环境因素可控、试验周期短的优势,已成为研究木塑复合材料耐老化性能的重要方法。综述了湿热老化、热氧老化、光老化、人工气候箱老化等人工加速老化法在木塑复合材料领域的研究现状,针对研究现状中试验因素单一、测试数据缺乏实践印证以及功能性老化测试方法局限等问题,展望了人工加速老化试验法在木塑复合材料领域的发展趋势,以期为进一步提高木塑复合材料耐老化性能的研究提供科学依据。The aging resistance of wood plastic composites(WPC)is one of the important index to measure the practical application value of materials.Artificial accelerated aging has the advantages of controllable environmental factors and short test cycle.It has become an important research method to study the aging resistance of wood plastic composites.The research status of damp heat aging,thermal oxygen aging,light aging,artificial climate box aging,and other artificial accelerated aging methods in the field of wood plastic composites were summarized.In view of the single test factors,the lack of practical confirmation of test data and the limitations of functional aging test methods in the current research situation,this paper looked forward to the development trend of artificial accelerated aging test method in the field of wood plastic composites.The purpose was to provide a basis for further improving the aging resistance of wood plastic composites.
