摘　　要：从生态翻译学视角审视林语堂英译《扬州瘦马》,分析林译《扬州瘦马》如何受译者自身经历和价值观的影响,同时基于“三维转换”翻译策略研究林语堂适应《扬州瘦马》的翻译生态环境,通过适应性选择转换实现最佳译文,成功地将明末清初扬州特有的瘦马交易现象介绍给西方读者。This paper examines Lin Yutang's English translation of The Concubine Market of Yangchow from the perspective of Eco-translatology by analyzing how Lin's translation was affected by his own experiences and outlook on values.The translation strategy of"three-dimensional transformation"has been applied to explore Lin's conduction of adaptively-selective transformation in the translational eco-environment of the novel to form a high-quality translation and successfully help the western readers know the weird trading of concubines in Yangzhou during the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.
