以学生团队为中心的工业工程专业课程应用型教学模式探索与实践

摘　　要：结合特色高水平应用型大学发展建设的要求,对工业工程专业课程教学过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出以学生团队为中心的应用型教学模式,包括无领导小组讨论形式的案例讨论与报告、调查研究报告形式的应用型研究训练,并以“人力资源管理(双语)”“质量管理与可靠性”等专业课程为研究试点,对以学生团队为中心的应用型教学模式进行了实践,为工程素质教育和应用型人才培养提供参考。Under the guidance of the requirements of the development and construction of high-level application-oriented universities with distinctive features,this study analyzes the problems in the teaching process of specialized courses for Industrial Engineering majors.This student team-centered application-oriented teaching mode,including case discussion and report in the form of group discussion without leaders and applied research training in the form of investigation had been proposed.With Human Resource Management(Bilingual),Quality Management and Reliability and other courses as the research pilots,the student teamcentered application-oriented teaching mode has been practiced,which had provided reference for engineering quality-oriented education and application-oriented talent cultivation.
