摘　　要：目的:修订血液透析护士版中央导管相关血流感染预防知信行量表。方法:根据相关指南和专家共识对血液透析护士版中央导管相关血流感染预防知信行量表进行初步修订,再通过德尔菲法形成修订版量表。结果:2轮专家函询专家积极系数分别为90%和100%,专家权威系数为0.93,专家协调系数达显著水平(P<0.001)。第2轮专家函询量表条目重要性均分、满分比、变异系数相对较好。最终形成包括3个维度、58个条目的血液透析护士版中央导管相关血流感染预防知信行量表。结论:血液透析护士版中央导管相关血流感染预防知信行量表条目具有一定科学性,可用于对血液透析护士预防中央导管相关血流感染知信行水平的评估。Objective:To revise KAP scale for prevention of central line associated blood stream infection for hemodialysis nurses.Methods:According to relevant guidelines and consensus of experts,the KAP scale for prevention of central line associated blood stream infection for hemodialysis nurses was initially revised.Then the revised scale was formed by Delphi method.Results:The positive coefficient of experts in two rounds of correspondence was 90%and 100%,respectively.Expert authority coefficient was 0.93.Expert coordination coefficient reached significant level(P<0.001).Average score,full score ratio and coefficient of variation of the scale items in the second round of expert correspondence were relatively good.Finally,KAP scale for prevention of central line associated blood stream infection for hemodialysis nurses was formed,which included 3 dimensions and 58 items.Conclusions:The items of KAP scale for prevention of central line associated blood stream infection for hemodialysis nurses are scientific and can be used to evaluate knowledge,belief and practice of hemodialysis nurses in preventing central line associated blood stream infection.
