丁苯酞软胶囊联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗老年血管性痴呆的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗老年血管性痴呆(VD)的效果及对患者血清胱抑素(CysC)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2021年2月辽宁省金秋医院收治的102例VD老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(51例)与对照组(51例)。对照组采用胞磷胆碱钠药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,治疗时间均为3个月。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表评分、日常活动能力指数(BI)、CysC、IFN-γ与Hcy水平。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的MMSE评分与BI指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的MMSE评分与BI指数均高于治疗前,研究组MMSE评分与BI指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的CysC、IFN-γ、Hcy水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CysC、IFN-γ、Hcy水平低于治疗前,研究组的CysC、IFN-γ、Hcy水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年血管性痴呆患者的临床治疗中,丁苯酞与胞磷胆碱钠的联合用药方案能够有效降低患者体内相关病变指标水平,进一步提高其日常生活能力,治疗效果和安全性较好,具有显著的临床价值,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsule combined with Citicoline Sodium in the treatment of senile vascular dementia(VD)and its effects on serum cystatin(CysC),γinterferon(IFN-γ),homocysteine(Hcy))level effect.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with VD admitted to Liaoning Jinqiu Hospital from August 2017 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Citicoline Sodium,and the study group was treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment time was 3 months.The total effective rate of treatment,simple mental state examination(MMSE)scale score,daily activity index(BI),CysC,IFN-γand Hcy levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in MMSE score and BI index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the MMSE score and BI index of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the MMSE score and BI index of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of CysC,IFN-γand Hcy between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CysC,IFN-γand Hcy in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CysC,IFN-γand Hcy in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with senile vascular dementia,the combined drug regimen of Butylphthalide Soft Capsule combined with Citicoline Sodium can effectively reduce the level of related pathological indicators in patients,further improve their daily living
