摘　　要：胆囊胆固醇结石是一类常见的消化系统疾病,受环境与遗传因素共同影响。胆囊中致石性胆汁的形成是胆固醇结石形成的重要发病机制。近年来随着全基因组测序技术的发展,人类对胆固醇结石形成原因的研究逐步深入微观基因领域,发现易感基因及其多态性与胆囊胆固醇结石的发生、发展密切相关。本文就近年来相关易感基因多态性在胆囊胆固醇结石发病机制方面的研究进展作一综述,以期对胆囊胆固醇结石形成的遗传学机制的进一步研究提供新思路。Cholesterol gallstone is a common digestive system disease,which is influenced by both environmental and genetic factors.The formation of gallstone bile in gallbladder is an important pathogenesis of cholesterol gallstone formation,In recent years,with the development of molecular biology,the research on the causes of gallstones has gradually deepened into the field of micro-genes,by which it has been found that susceptibility genes and their polymorphisms are closely related to the occurrence and development of gallstones.In this paper,the research progress of related susceptibility gene polymorphism in the pathogenesis of gallstone in recent years is reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for further research on thegeneticmechanism ofgallstoneformation.
