摘　　要：成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factors,FGFs)影响颅面发育及形成过程,FGFs通过与成纤维细胞生长因子受体(fibroblast growth factor receptors,FGFRs)结合,调控颅面各个组织器官的形成与发育。颅面作为FGFs的重要靶器官,FGFs对颅骨、腭等结构的形成及发育起着重要的调控作用。本文主要讨论FGFs在哺乳动物颅面发生过程中的作用,以及FGFs突变对颅面发育产生的影响等方面进行综述。The fibroblast growth factors(FCFs)affect craniofacial development and formation.FGFs regulates the formation and development of craniofacial tissues and organs by binding to fibroblast growth factor receptors(FGFRs).Craniofacial organ is an important target of FGFs,and FGFs play an important regulatory role in the formation and development of skull,palate and other structures.The role of FGFs in craniofacial development in mammals and the effects of FGFs mutations on craniofacial development are reviewed in this paper.
