摘 要:电动环卫车作为一种节能环保车辆,在城市生活中发挥着至关重要的作用。论文研究对一种有多种工作模式的纯电驱动环卫车,制定了双电机转矩分配策略、效率最优换挡策略、双电机变速箱协同控制策略,所制定的三项控制策略不仅可以使驱动电机和作业电机高效工作,而且可充分发挥系统的动力性,从而实现整车经济性、动力性优化的控制目标。通过仿真分析表明,新制定的控制策略整车的动力性及经济性较原策略分别提升了19.7%、9.8%。As an energy-saving and environment-friendly vehicle, electric sanitation vehicle plays a vital role in urban life.The research object of this paper is a pure electric driven sanitation vehicle with multiple working modes.In this paper, the dual motor torque distribution strategy, the optimal efficiency shift strategy and the dual motor gearbox cooperative control strategy are formulated.The three control strategies can not only make the driving motor and operating motor work efficiently, but also give full play to the power of the system, so as to realize the economy of the whole vehicle The simulation analysis shows that the power and economy of the new control strategy are improved by 19.7% and 9.8% respectively compared with the original strategy.
