摘　　要：2022年版美国心脏协会/美国卒中协会自发性脑出血患者管理指南与2015年版指南相比有较大的变化,更新了多项基于循证医学的推荐意见。该文对2022年版指南主要更新内容进行详细解读,以期为我国神经科临床实践提供参考。The 2022 AHA/ASA guideline for the management of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage have changed greatly compared with the previous 2015 guideline,and numerous recommendations have been updated based on the concept of evidence-based medicine.This article interprets the main important updates in detail in order to offer reference for neurological clinical practice in China.
