摘　　要：自2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球范围内传播,病毒变异迅速,传染力强。卒中是严重的脑血管系统疾病,目前已成为我国国民第一位的死亡原因,时间窗内缺血性卒中患者的静脉溶栓及大动脉闭塞的介入治疗是其救治的关键措施。我国已进入新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情常态化防控时期,对卒中患者应以“重防控,更重救治”为原则。为配合当前疫情防控形势,持续改进卒中绿色通道建设工作,现对2020年发布的《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情时期脑卒中绿色通道管理专家共识》进行部分更新。Since 2019,the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic has spread worldwide,with rapid mutation and strong infectivity of the virus. Stroke is a serious cerebrovascular disease,which has become the first cause of death in Chinese nationals. Intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular therapy of large vessel occlusion for ischemic stroke patients in the time window are the key treatment methods.China has entered a period of normalized prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,which should be based on the principle of“paying attention to prevention and control,and paying more attention to treatment”. In order to keep pace with the current epidemic prevention and control situation,and continuously improve the construction of green channel for stroke,the Expert Consensus on Green Channel Management of Stroke in the Era of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 released in 2020 is now partially updated.
