虚寒胃痛颗粒联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒证慢性非萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察虚寒胃痛颗粒联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒证慢性非萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的临床疗效。方法:将126例脾胃虚寒证慢性非萎缩性胃炎Hp阳性患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各63例。对照组给予铋剂四联疗法治疗,治疗组给予虚寒胃痛颗粒联合四联疗法治疗。2组均连续治疗2周。观察比较2组胃肠道症状评定量表(GSRS)评分、中医证候评分、Hp根除率以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.65%,明显高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组GSRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组GSRS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组GSRS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组胃脘痛、痛喜温按、泛吐清水、大便稀溏、面色无华、四肢不温等证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组上述各项证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组Hp根除率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的74.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虚寒胃痛颗粒联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒证慢性非萎缩性胃炎Hp阳性,较单纯四联疗法能更好地减轻患者胃肠道症状,改善中医证候,提高Hp的根除率和临床总有效率。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xuhan Weitong granules combined with quadruple therapy for helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis with deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach syndrome. Methods: A total of 126 cases of Hp positive patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis with deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach syndrome were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bismuth quadruple therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Xuhan Weitong granules combined with quadruple therapy. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The scores of Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS) and Chinese medicine syndromes,the Hp eradication rate and the clinical effects in the two groups were observed and compared.Results: The total effective rate was 93.65% in the treatment group, significantly higher than that of80.95% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,the GSRS scores were compared between the two groups, there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment,the GSRS scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the GSRS scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the syndrome scores of epigastric pain, desire for warm pressing when pain,vomiting of watery fluid,loose stool,white complexion and lack of warmth in the limbs were compared between the two groups, there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
