摘  要:无花果是我国最早栽培的果树之一,栽培历史悠久,营养价值和药用价值较高,深受消费者喜爱。无花果具有结果早、产量高、病虫害少、适应性强等优点,适合大面积推广种植。近年来,全国范围内无花果的种植面积不断扩大,但无花果耐储性较差,采后技术成为产业研究的焦点。本文简要介绍了近年来无花果高效栽培技术、贮藏保鲜技术、加工技术和功能成分的研究进展,以期为无花果提质增产、保鲜贮运、精深加工及功能成分的研究提供参考。Fig is one of the earliest cultivated fruit trees in China,with a long cultivation history.It is popular with consumers for their high nutrition value and medicine value.It has the advantages of early fruit bearing,high yield,few pests and diseases and strong adaptability.Thus it is suitable for large-scale promotion and planting.In recent years,the planting area of fig has been expanding throughout the country.However,the storage resistance of fig is poor.The postharvest technology of fig has become the focus of industrial research.In this paper,the research progress of high efficiency cultivation techniques,storage and preservation technology,processing technology and functional components analysis of fig in recent years were briefly reviewed,hopefully providing references for research of quality improvement,yield increase,preservation,storage and transportation,deep processing and functional components of fig.
