整合医学与人体阴阳者——血液自然分布收纳单位假说

摘　　要：在整合医学思想的引领下,将现代医学与《黄帝内经》活体解剖学概念相整合,我们已经提出人体内存在“阴、阳、道、三阴(太阴、少阴、厥阴)、三阳(阳明、少阳、太阳)”九大实体器官假说,发现了《黄帝内经》关于人体解剖实体器官论述的四个层次,分别为道层次、阴阳层次、三阴三阳层次及阴阳者层次,进一步整合又可将细胞划归为第五层次,至此,完成了人体活体实体结构层次的划分。有可能找到了阴阳者与现代生理解剖学的对应单位——血液自然分布收纳单位,再与一般系统结构理论相整合,对这一实体结构层次特征与功能表达进行了较充分的论证,指出现代医学研究存在层次缺乏的弊端,阴阳者——血液自然分布收纳单位具有重要的医学意义,将为现代解剖学开辟一个新领域。Guided by the idea of holistic integrative medicine,we integrate modern medicine with the concept of live anatomy in Yellow Emperor s Canon of Internal Medicine,and propose a hypothesis that there are nine solid organs in human body,namely,“yin,yang,tao,three yin(taiyin,shaoyin,and jueyin),and three Yang(yangming,shaoyang,and taiyang)”.In addition,we have found that there are four levels in Yellow Emperor s Canon of Internal Medicine about the dissection of human body s solid organs:tao level,yin-yang level,three yin-three yang level,and yin-yang structure level.Further integration can divide cells into the fifth level.Now the division of the physical structure of human body is completed.We find the corresponding structure of yin and yang and the modern physiological anatomy—the unit of blood natural distribution and admission,and integrate it with the general system structure theory.We aim to discuss the characteristics and function expression of entity structure hierarchy and correct the existing disadvantage of lack of structure hierarchy in modern medical research.Structure of yin and yang is the unit of blood natural distribution and admission,which has important medical significance and will open a new area in modern anatomy.
