摘 要:目的探讨利用Mimics软件进行三维计算机断层扫描与支气管血管造影(three-Dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography,3D-CTBA)建立肺肿瘤三维图像模型在胸腔镜肺段切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年3月-2022年3月在我科行手术治疗的直径≤2cm的IA期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)54例临床资料,根据术前是否行Mimics三维重建分观察组A(24例)和对照组B(30例)。比较两组手术入路转换率、手术方式转换率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率的差异。结果A组手术入路转换率、手术方式转换率、手术时间及术中失血量均优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Mimics三维重建技术应用在胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除术中能够明显提升手术的精确度和成功率,值得在临床中使用。Objective To explore the application value of Mimics software in three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography(3D-CTBA)to construct 3D image model of lung tumor in thoracoscopic segmentectomy.Methods The clinical data of 54 patients with stage IA non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)≤2cm in diameter who underwent surgical treatment in our department from March 2019 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the observation group A(24 cases)and the control group B(30 cases)according to whether 3d Mimics reconstruction was performed before surgery.The differences of surgical approach conversion rate,surgical method conversion rate,operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results The conversion rate of operative approach,operative method,operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the group A were better than those in the group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mimics 3d reconstruction technique can significantly improve the accuracy and success rate of thoracoscopic anatomic segmental pulmonary resection,and it is worthy of widely clinical application.
