摘 要:目的构建一套符合临床医学教育特点,定性和定量相结合的临床医学本科毕业生质量综合评价体系,为开展毕业生质量评价与追踪提供参考依据。方法采取文献研究、两轮德尔菲专家咨询法构建质量评价体系中定性部分的评价指标,利用AHP层次分析法确立定性评价指标权重,并通过TOPSIS法对定性指标量化。通过头脑风暴法,确立定量部分的评价指标及定性、定量指标占总体评价的权重,最终形成定性与定量相结合的综合性临床毕业生质量评价指标体系。结果在定性指标中,确定了共有3个一级指标,9个二级指标和32个三级指标体系。在定量指标中,确立了执医考试优秀率、考研一次通过率、毕业考试优秀率以及英语四级优秀率在内4个指标,形成了结合TOPSIS法排序将定性与定量评价相结合的评价公式。结论本研究构建的质量评价体系综合全面、简单高效、实用性强,为高校掌握临床本科教学工作现状,提高教学与人才培养质量提供有力借鉴,但该评价体系仍需在未来的实际应用中加以检验和进一步完善。Objective To construct a comprehensive evaluation system for the quality of five-year graduates in clinical medicine,which is in line with the education characteristics of clinical medicine and combines qualitative and quantitative to provide a reference and basis for the quality evaluation and tracking of graduates.Methods Literature research and 2 rounds of the Delphi Method were used to construct the evaluation index mode of the qualitative part of the quality evaluation system,the weight of the qualitative evaluation index was established by AHP,and the qualitative index was quantified by TOPSIS.Through the brainstorming method,the quality evaluation indexes of the quantitative part,and the weights of qualitative and quantitative indexes in the overall evaluation were confirmed,in the end,a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for clinical graduates combining qualitative and quantitative was formed.Results Among the qualitative indexes,a total of 3 first-level index,9 second-level index,and 32 third-level index systems were confirmed.Among the quantitative indexes,four indexes are established,including the excellent rate of the clinical practitioner qualification examination,the one-time pass rate of the postgraduate entrance examination,the excellent rate of the graduation examination,and the excellent rate of CET-4,an evaluation formula that combines qualitative and quantitative evaluation with TOPSIS ranking was formed.Conclusion The quality evaluation system constructed in this research is comprehensive,simple,efficient and practical.It provides a powerful reference for universities to master the current situation of clinical undergraduate teaching and improve the quality of teaching and talent cultivation,but the evaluation system still needs to be tested and further improved in the future practical application.
