中文版杰弗逊共情量表用于评估医学专业学生共情水平的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的研究杰弗逊共情量表学生版(the Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Student Version,JSE-S)用于测量中国医学专业学生共情水平的信效度并评价其适用性。方法译制中文版JSE-S量表并制作为电子调查问卷,采用方便取样法纳入284名医学生完成调查。采用分半信度和内部一致性信度评估量表信度,采用结构效度评估量表效度。结果中文版JSE-S量表的分半信度系数为0.832,内部一致性信度Cronbach sα系数为0.865,4个维度的Cronbach sα系数分别为0.868,0.829,0.695,0.770;结构效度检验显示取样适切性量数(KMO)统计量为0.876,Bartlett s球形检验P<0.001,提取4个公因子后累积方差贡献率为58.349%,因子负荷估计值为0.255~0.832。结论中译版JSE-S量表具有较好的信度和效度,适用于评估中国医学生的共情水平。Objective To test the reliability and validity of Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Student Version(JSE-S)for measuring empathy ability of medical students in China and evaluate its applicability.Methods The JSE-S scale was translated into Chinese version,and 284 medical students in China were surveyed by electronic questionnaire using convenient sampling method.The reliability of the scale was evaluated by split and internal consistency reliability,and the validity of the scale was evaluated by structural validity.Results The split and half reliability coefficient of the Chinese VERSION of JSE-S scale was 0.832,the Cronbach sαcoefficient of internal consistency was 0.865,and the Cronbach sαcoefficients of the four dimensions were 0.868,0.829,0.695 and 0.770,respectively.Structure validity test,sampling suitability quantile(KMO)statistic is 0.876,Bartlett's sphericity test has significant value(P<0.001),the cumulative variance contribution rate was 58.349%after extracting the four common factors,and the estimated factor load was 0.255-0.832.Conclusion The JSE-S scale in Chinese translation has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for evaluating the empathy level of medical students in China.
