摘 要:目的为应对新冠肺炎疫情的防疫要求,探讨常态化疫情防控下混合式教学法在我院的心血管内科住院医师规范化培训中应用的学习效果。方法将学员随机分为混合教学组和传统教学组,每组32人,分别采用线上、线下相结合的混合教学法和线上面授的传统教学法进行临床教学活动,在教学完成时及结束后3个月对两组学员进行理论及技能操作考核,比较两种教学法的效果及学员对这两种教学方法的满意度及教学效果评价。结果在教学结束时及结束3个月后,混合教学组学员的理论成绩及技能成绩均显著高于传统教学组(P<0.01),混合教学组学员的教学效果评价及满意度均显著高于传统教学组(P<0.01)。结论在新冠疫情防控背景下,线上与线下相结合的混合教学法可以有效地提高学员的理论知识及实践应用能力,是一种有效的教学模式。Objective In order to cope with the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,the learning effect of the application of blended teaching method in the standardized training of cardiovascular medicine residents in our hospital was discussed.Methods The students were randomly divided into a blended teaching group and a traditional teaching group,with 32 people in each group.They used the blended teaching method and the traditional teaching method for clinical teaching.Operational assessment,comparing the effects of the two teaching methods and the students satisfaction with different teaching methods and evaluation of teaching effects.Results At the end of teaching and 3 months after the end,the theoretical and skill scores of the blended teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P<0.01),and the evaluation and satisfaction of the students in the blended teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P<0.01).Conclusion The blended teaching method can effectively improve students theoretical knowledge and practical application ability,and is an effective teaching mode.
