摘  要:针对当前企业智库信息数据分析、价值挖掘不充分的问题,提出了基于伴随式数据采集和决策树算法的智库信息处理技术。该技术方案构建的智库信息系统架构,其中包括系统层、服务层、数据层和应用层。同时,进一步提出了基于决策树算法的智库信息处理方法,利用智库信息系统中的人才素质特征数据快速、准确地生成决策树,实现人才素质特征分类和岗位匹配。算例实验结果表明,所提方法能够快速、便捷地实现人才岗位匹配,准确率可达99%,大幅提升了人才培养的个性化、精准化以及实时化水平,为提高企业战略研究人才的培养发展提供了技术参考。To solve the problem of insufficient data analysis and value mining of enterprise think tank information,a think tank information processing technology based on adjoint data acquisition and decision tree algorithm is proposed.The architecture of think tank information system constructed by the technical solution includes system layer,service layer,data layer and application layer.At the same time,the method of think tank information processing based on decision tree algorithm is further proposed,which uses the talent quality characteristic data in the think tank information system to generate the decision tree quickly and accurately,so as to realize the talent quality characteristic classification and job matching.The experimental results show that the proposed method can quickly and conveniently realize the talent position matching,and the accuracy rate can reach 99%,which greatly improves the personalized,accurate and real⁃time level of talent cultivation,and provides a technical reference for improving the cultivation and development of enterprise strategic research talents.
