摘 要:加压毛细管电色谱(Pressurized capillary electrochromatography,pCEC)是以电渗流和压力流驱动流动相,同时具备电场介导的差速分离、色谱固定相提供的分配、吸附等色谱分离机制,以毛细管路为分离载体的现代分离分析技术。本文聚焦加压毛细管电色谱在中药分析中的应用,从pCEC固定相、分析方法、应用研究等几个方面对近几年的文献进行归纳整理,并根据现有研究情况对pCEC技术的发展进行了展望,为pCEC在中药分析中开展深入研究提供了一定的参考。Pressurized capillary electrochromatography(pCEC)is characterized by electric percolation and pressure flow driving mobile phase.Meanwhile,it has the chromatographic separation mechanism of electric field-mediated differential separation,distribution and adsorption provided by chromatographic stationary phase.Modern separation and analysis technique use capillary path as separation carrier.The pressurized capillary electrochromatography applications in traditional Chinese medicine analysis were focused on,the literature of recent years were summarized from the eispects of pCEC stationary phase,the analysis method,the application research,and the current research situation of pCEC technology development was discussed,which provided a certain reference for in-depth stady on pCEC in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).
