摘 要:利用多元统计分析构建气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)数据与抗氧化活性的相关性,进而阐明艾叶挥发油抗氧化活性的主要成分类群。采用GC-MS法结合三种抗氧化活性方法,利用灰色关联度和聚类分析法分析GC-MS色谱图与抗氧化活性的谱效关系。结果表明,10产地艾叶挥发油组分相对含量介于73.906%~92.234%间。DPPH自由基IC50值、ABTS+与FRAP均值分别介于0.762~3.080 mg/mL、0.3972~0.9688 mmol/g、0.1308~0.2597 mmol/L。基于谱效关系分析,单萜、倍半萜是艾叶挥发油抗氧化活性的主要贡献者,关联度最高为0.934。The correlation between gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)data and antioxidant activity was established by using multivariate statistical analysis,which further clarifyied the main antioxidant active constituents of volatile oils from Artemisia argyi.GC-MS method combined with three antioxidant activity methods was adopted,the spectrum-effect relationship between GC-MS chromatogram and antioxidant activity was established by grey correlation degree and cluster analysis.The results showed that the relative contents of volatile oils were 73.906%~92.234%in 10 habitats.IC_(50) values of DPPH radical,the mean values of ABTS+and total antioxidant capacity assay kit were 0.762~3.080 mg/mL,0.3972~0.9688 mmol/g and 0.1308~0.2597 mmol/L,respectively.The results showed that monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes were the main contributors to the antioxidant activity of the volatile oils from Artemisia argyi leaves,and the highest correlation coefficient was 0.934.
