摘　　要：目的探讨EX-PRESS引流钉植入联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普及全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年10月我院收治的62例(62眼)新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为观察组[30例(30眼),玻璃体腔注射康柏西普+EX-PRESS引流钉植入+全视网膜光凝]和对照组[32例(32眼),玻璃体腔注射康柏西普+复合式小梁切除术+全视网膜光凝]。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗成功率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周及1、3、6个月,两组的眼压均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的视力提高率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月,两组的虹膜及房角新生血管消退情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前、术后6个月,两组的降眼压药物应用种类比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,两组的降眼压药物应用种类均少于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EX-PRESS引流钉植入联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普及全视网膜光凝能有效降低新生血管性青光眼患者的眼压,减少术后并发症,是一种安全有效的手术方式。Objective To explore the effect of EX-PRESS drainage nail implantation combined with intravitreal injection of conbercept and panretinal photocoagulation on neovascular glaucoma.Methods A total of 62 patients(62 eyes)with neovascular glaucoma admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group[30 cases(30 eyes),intravitreal injection of conbercept+EX-PRESS drainage nail implantation+panretinal photocoagulation]and control group[32 cases(32 eyes),intravitreal injection of conbercept+complex trabeculectomy+panretinal photocoagulation]according to different treatment schemes.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week and 1,3,6 months after operation,the intraocular pressure of the two groups decreased,that in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement rate of vision between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after operation,there were no significant differences in the regression of iris and angle neovoscularization between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and 6 months after operation,there was no significant difference in the application types of intraocular pressure lowering drugs between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after operation,the application types of intraocular pressure lowering drugs in the two groups were less than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EX-PRESS drainage nail implantation combined with intravitreal injection of conbercept and panretinal photocoagulatio
