摘  要:目的 探究肠道准备次数对结肠镜检患者胃液残余水平的影响。方法 选取2018年1月—2021年1月郑州市第一人民医院结肠镜检查患者92例为研究对象,按照临床随机数表法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46)。对照组和观察组分别给予单次和分次肠道准备。比较两组患者肠道准备量表评分、肠道起泡、胃液残余量、不良反应。结果 观察组的横结肠[(2.73±0.39)分]、右半结肠[(2.53±0.61)分]、左半结肠[(2.81±0.56)分]的准备评分均高于对照组的横结肠[(2.18±0.68)分]、右半结肠[(2.03±0.52)分]、左半结肠[(2.27±0.66)分];观察组(50.00%)与对照组(52.17%)肠道气泡发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组的胃液残余量[(17.32±12.10)mL]少于对照组[(23.78±13.54)mL],比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现不良反应50.00%,与对照组的54.33%比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 结肠镜检患者分次肠道准备能够显著改善肠道准备情况,减少胃液残余量,且不会增大不良反应发生率,安全性较佳。Objective To explore the effect of the number of bowel preparations on the residual level of gastric juice in colonoscopy patients.Methods Totally 92 patients with colonoscopy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group(n=46) and the observation group(n=46) according to the clinical random grouping method.The patients in the control group and the observation group were given single intestinal preparation and fractional intestinal preparation respectively.The intestinal preparation scale score,intestinal blistering,gastric juice residue and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The preparation scores of transverse colon [(2.73±0.39) points],right colon [(2.53±0.61) points],left colon [(2.81±0.56) points] in the observation group were higher than those of transverse colon [(2.18±0.68) points],right colon [(2.03±0.52) points],left colon [(2.27±0.66) points] in the control group;There was no significant difference in the incidence of intestinal bubbles between the observation group(50.00%) and the control group(52.17%) The residual amount of gastric juice in the observation group [(17.32±12.10) mL] was less than that in the control group [(23.78±13.54) mL],the difference was significant(P<0.05).50.00% of the patients in the observation group had adverse reactions,which was not significant compared with 54.33% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Colonic microscopic examination of patients with intestinal preparation can significantly improve the bowel preparation,reduce the residual amount of gastric juice,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,safety is better.
