摘  要:目的观察飞秒激光在体外消蚀血栓的作用。方法通过构建一种等离子体-温度时空演化模型,采用变系数有限差分求解方法,分析单脉冲和多脉冲作用时,血栓在飞秒激光照射过程中物理性质的动态变化以及等离子体介导作用,并结合体外消蚀实验进行验证。结果多脉冲照射可显著提升消蚀效果,根据激光参数与等离子体密度、血栓温度、消蚀效果间的关系分析获得的理想血栓消蚀效果的激光参数范围和照射方式为:脉宽250 fs、脉冲能量10μJ、脉冲个数10个、光斑直径100μm;在多脉冲序列照射实验中,样本未出现烧焦现象,消蚀边缘锐利。结论多脉冲飞秒激光消蚀血栓具有安全性和高效性,可为飞秒激光的血栓清除应用开发提供理论参考。Objective Femtosecond laser has the potential to become a new thrombectomy technology,This paper aims at investigating the mechanism of thrombus ablation in vitro with femtosecond laser.Methods A plasma temperature spatio-temporal evolution model was proposed.The dynamic changes to the physical properties of thrombi in the process of irradiation with femtosecond laser and the plasma mediated effect were considered.Variable coefficient finite difference solution method was used to analyze the action of single-pulse and multiple-pulse respectively.The results were verified via in vitro experiments.Results It is found in this study that multiple-pulse irradiation significantly improved the ablation effect.The range of laser parameters and irradiation mode of ideal thrombus ablation effect were obtained according to the relationship between laser parameters and plasma density,thrombus temperature and ablation effect.The safety and effectiveness of multiple-pulse ablation were verified with in vitro experiments.Conclusions Multiple-pulse femtosecond laser ablation of thrombus is safe and efficient.It provides theoretical reference for the application and development of femtosecond laser thrombus removal equipment.
