摘　　要：新时代高校党建育人具有重要的意义,高校在办学过程中,要突出党建育人的方向引领作用,积极营造党建引领的育人生态,加强党建引领高校教师队伍建设,为培养合格人才提供政治保障。In the new era,party construction and education in colleges and universities are of great significance.In the process of running a school,colleges and universities should highlight the direction guidance in Party construction and people education,actively create an education ecology led by Party construction,strengthen the construction of university teachers led by Party construction,and provide political guarantee for the training of qualified talents.
