高职学生生源地贷款诚信缺失原因剖析及对策研究

摘　　要：受内在心理和外在因素的影响,部分高职院校学生在生源地贷款工作中发生了严重的不诚信行为,严重阻碍了生源地贷款工作的正常进行。本研究介绍了生源地贷款诚信缺失现象,从社会环境、家庭因素、高校因素及学生因素4个方面分析了产生诚信缺失的原因,并提出了相应的防范及改进措施,以期为高职教育学生管理工作的开展提供参考建议。Affected by the internal psychological and external factors,some vocational college students have serious dishonest behavior in the loan work of the regions of student source,which seriously hinders the normal loan work of the regions of student source.This study introduces the lack of credit in the regions of student source,analyzes the reasons for the lack of credit from four aspects of social environment,family factors,university factors and student factors,and puts forward corresponding prevention and improvement measures,and it can provide reference and suggestions for the development of student management in higher vocational education.
