摘　　要：文章以新著作权法角度分析了服装成衣版权中的保护要素,针对当前服装成衣版权中存在的困境与问题,从设计创作、法律维权、社会行业三个层面提出了服装成衣版权法律保护策略,以期为服装成衣法律维权与法律保护案例提供更多的参考建议,从而有效提升服装产业健康发展。This paper analyzes the protection elemenTSof the clothing copyright from the perspective of the new copyright law.In view of the difficulties and problems existing in the current clothing copyright,this paper proposes legal protection strategies for clothing copyright from the three levels of design creation,legal protection and social industry,with a view to providing more reference suggestions for clothing legal protection and legal protection cases,So as to effectively promote the healthy development of the clothing industry.
