摘　　要：浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板是以刨花板、纤维板和细木工板等人造板为基材,表面覆贴浸渍胶膜纸的饰面板材。浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板具有成本低,生产工艺简单,产品多样化等优点,且表面具有良好的耐磨、耐划痕、耐热和耐水性能。浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板作为优质的家具原材料,在人造板市场中占有重要地位,且广泛应用于橱柜、衣柜和装饰墙等家具与室内装饰。但浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板作为家具材料使用时仍存在诸多性能问题。近年来针对浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板相关性能的研究较为多。通过对浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板所使用的浸渍胶膜纸、基材以及制备工艺等调研,综述浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板的应用与研究进展,探讨了浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板行业尚未解决的问题,并对产业发展前景进行展望。The decorative wood-based panel with paper impregnated thermosetting resins is based on particleboard,fiberboard,blockboard and other wood-based boards with its surface covered paper impregnated thermosetting resins.The decorative wood-based panel with paper impregnated thermosetting resins has the advantages of low cost,simple production process,diversified products,etc.,and the surface has good wear resistance,scratch resistance,heat resistance,water resistance and other properties.As a high-quality raw material for furniture,the decorative wood-based panel with paper impregnated thermosetting resins has occupied an important position in the wood-based panel market and is widely used in furniture and interior decorations such as cabinets,wardrobes,and decorative walls.However,there are still many performance problems when used as furniture materials.In recent years,there have abundant researches on the related properties of decorative wood-based panel with paper impregnated thermosetting resins.By investigating the paper impregnated thermosetting resins,substrate and preparation process used in the decorative wood-based panel with paper impregnated thermosetting resins,the application and research progress of decorative wood-based panel with paper impregnated thermosetting resins were reviewed.The unresolved problems of the decorative wood-based panel with paper impregnated thermosetting resins were analyzed and the prospects for the development of the industry were proposed.
