摘　　要：研究信息时代下未来厨房操作系统,使之能够以用户为中心,将用户体验贯穿设计过程,为用户提供最富体验感的交互形式以及视觉感受。通过文献研究对相关理概念进行梳理,再从现有产品出发,对其进行调研研究,并结合用户访谈,构建目标用户角色模型,进而来塑造用户体验心路图,确定用户痛点。最终按照这些需求完成整体系统的构建,丰富了交互方式,进而使用户获得舒适的交互体验感。厨房作为生活必不可少的部分,用户体验感尤为重要,通过相关设计实践来引起更多人对厨房设计的关注,同时也以设计方案的展示为后续研究的深入提供了思考,进而最终为人们的生活创造更好的体验价值。The future kitchen operating system in the information age was analyzed in aspects of user-centric,integrating user experience through the design process,and providing users with the most experiential interactive form and visual experience.Based on the combing of related concepts through literature review,the research of existing products was conducted.A target user role model was built in combination with user interviews.and then the user experience map was shaped and the user pain points were determined.Finally,the overall system was constructed according to those requirements.It greatly enriches the interaction methods,and thus makes users generally have a comfortable interactive experience.The kitchen is an indispensable part of life,and the sense of user experience is particularly important.The relevant design practices have aroused more attention to kitchen design.At the same time,the display of design schemes provides thoughts for the in-depth study of subsequent research,and eventually achieves better experience value for people’s lives.
