摘 要:等候椅作为金属家具,异地安装又是等候椅产品的必要工序,异地安装成为等候椅企业的一大难题。通过以A公司的等候椅产品S为例,从产品选择的物流方式开始,到实际场地安装的具体情况,对存在的产品丢失以及物流造成的产品质量损伤,所产生让公司二次供货补货的不必要成本问题,因搬运摆放位置不当造成的安装效率低的问题进行探讨。以提高安装效率,降低安装成本为出发点,对等候椅的异地安装提出利用物联网技术实现产品跟踪标签化、产品安装地点预排布的优化方案,对发货产品实时跟踪,减少已发货产品的丢失问题;对安装地点提前熟悉,减少安装过程中的搬运次数,解决产品卸货的具体摆放位置问题。As metal furniture,since installation is the necessary process of waiting chair products,off-site installation has become a big problem for waiting chair enterprises.Taking S waiting chair products of the company A as example,starting from the product selection of logistics mode to the specific situation during actual site installation,a series of issues were discussed in aspects of existing product loss or quality damage by logistics,unnecessary cost of secondary supply and replenishment,and low installation efficiency due to the improper placement.With the starting point of improving the installation efficiency and reducing the installation cost,an optimization scheme for the off-site installation of waiting chairs was put forward by using the Internet of Things technology to realize the product tracking and labeling and the pre-arrangement of product installation sites,which can track the delivered products in real time to reduce the loss of the delivered products.The familiarity of the installation site in advance can reduce the number of carrying during installation and solve the problem of specific placement when unloading.
