大规模定制家具零售与工程的对比分析

摘　　要：地产行业精装房的发展带动了定制家具企业大宗业务的提升,虽然零售定制与工程定制同为定制家具,但二者具有明显差异。相较于零售产品,工程定制存在某些不足与改进之处。采用文献综述法、对比分析法以及实地调研的方式,介绍精装房的发展现状、阐述毛坯房与精装房的概念,分析精装房的现存模式及几点优势,论证工程定制家具的发展前景。并从销售过程、客户类型、合作方式、订单特点(个性化程度、建筑匹配度)、价格与质量(生产批次、生产过程信息化)几个角度对比分析了零售定制与工程定制的差距。通过对比分析,总结出工程定制相较零售产品的3方面缺陷及思考,为提升产品质量提供思路与改进方向,以期为该领域的研究提供一定参考。The development of fully furnished houses in the real estate industry has led to the improvement of the bulk business of customized furniture companies.Although customization for individual users and bulk orders are both customized furniture,there are obvious differences between the two.Compared with individual users products,customization for bulk orders has some shortcomings and areas for improvement.The methods of literature review,comparative analysis and field research were adopt to introduce the development status of fully furnished houses.Based on the expounding of the concepts of unfurnished houses and fully furnished houses,the existing models and advantages of fully furnished houses were analyzed,and the future of customized furniture for bulk orders was demonstrated.The gap between customization for individual users and bulk orders was compared and analyzed from the perspectives of sales process,customer type,cooperation method,order characteristics(individualization degree,building matching degree),price and quality(production batch,production process informatization).Through comparative analysis,the three defects and its thinking of customization for bulk orders compared with individual users products were summarized.The ideas and improvement directions for product quality improvement were proposed with an aim to provide a certain reference for the research in this field.
