血栓心脉宁胶囊联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察血栓心脉宁胶囊联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年10月该院收治的93例急性脑梗死患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组46例和对照组47例。对照组予以丁苯酞联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合血栓心脉宁胶囊口服治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后凝血功能指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)以及D-二聚体(D-D)]、神经功能指标[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100-β蛋白、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)以及丙二醛(MDA)]和血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、IL-10]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为89.13%,高于对照组的72.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组APTT、PT均长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,两组FIB、D-D、NSE、S100-β蛋白、MBP、MDA、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓心脉宁胶囊联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善凝血功能指标水平,以及降低神经功能指标和血清炎性因子水平,优于丁苯酞联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of Xueshuanxinmaining capsule combined with conventional Western medicine on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 93 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020.They were divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(47 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Butylphthalide combined with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis,while the observation group was treated with Xueshuan Xinmaining capsules on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the coagulation function index[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)]levels,the nerve function index[neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S100-βprotein,myelin basic protein(MBP)and malondialdehyde(MDA)]levels,and the serum inflammatory factor[interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,IL-10]levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.13%,which was higher than 72.34%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the APTT and PT levels of the two groups were longer than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were longer than those in the control group;the levels of FIB,D-D,NSE,S100 B,MBP,MDA,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Xueshuanxinmaining capsule combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of the patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of coagulation function indexes,and reduce the levels of nerve function indexes and serum inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to Butylphthalide combined with
