甘露特钠联合美金刚和多奈哌齐治疗混合型痴呆1例

摘　　要：混合型痴呆同时存在血管性病变与神经退行性病变.目前在治疗上多参照阿尔茨海默病(AD)的治疗方案,但疗效欠佳,且缺乏足够的循证依据。本文报道1例混合型痴呆患者在应用甘露特钠联合美金刚、多奈哌齐治疗后,患者的认知功能得到显著改善,且未发现明显不良反应,提示该治疗方案对混合型痴呆有效,为临床应用提供参考依据。Mixed dementia is the coexistence of both vascular disease and neurodegenerative diseases.The treatment of mixed dementia mainly refers to the scheme of Alzheimer's disease,but the efficacy is poor,and there is lack of enough evidence.In this study,the cognitive function of a patient with mixed dementia was ameliorated after treatment with sodium oligomannate combined with memantine and donepezil.Moreover,no obvious adverse reactions were found.This case shows that this combination treatment scheme might be benefit for mixed dementia,which provides reference for clinical practice.
