摘　　要：针对塑壳断路器断合闸符号信息在使用环境中识别困难的问题,对其显示方式进行了改进设计。以250A/3P型塑壳断路器为研究对象,通过分析产品的使用环境,发现断合闸符号尺寸偏小,色彩对比弱,以及秩序感不强等。对此,提出增大符号尺寸,增强颜色对比,调整符号排列方式,以及使符号显示方式与手柄联动等方便用户识别和认知的改进设计思路。通过改进设计,论证了设计方案的可行性,为同类产品在人机交互设计中如何增强符号信息的可视化效果提供参考。Aiming at the information identification issue broken and closing symbol of the molded case circuit breaker in the use environment,an improved design was performed on the display mode of broken and closing symbol.Taking the 250A/3P molded case circuit breaker as the research object,the broken and closing symbols of the product had problems such as small size,weak color contrast and weak sense of order through the field investigation of the use environment.In view of the issues,the improved design thought that could facilitate user identification and cognition were proposed such as increasing symbol size,enhancing color contrast,adjusting symbol arrangement and coupling symbol display method and handle.Through the elaboration of the improvement design,the feasibility of the design scheme was demonstrated.It could provide some certain references value for similar products to enhance the visual effect of symbol information in human-machine interaction design.
