摘 要:粮食损失和浪费已经成为全球消除饥饿、实现联合国可持续发展目标的重要障碍。尽管中国粮食产量不断增加,粮食供给能力不断提升,但大量的粮食损失和浪费也威胁着国内的粮食安全。通过梳理分析国内学者对粮食损失和浪费的相关研究,并结合相关数据,分别估算生产、收获、储藏、运输、加工和消费等产业链各环节的粮食损失和浪费数量。结果显示,中国粮食全产业链每年约损失7210万t粮食,约占粮食产量的11.9%;粮食的损失和浪费不仅影响了国内粮食的供给,也造成了水土资源的浪费,加重了生态环境的负担。基于此,为降低粮食损失和浪费,针对粮食产业的各环节提出了相应的政策和措施建议。Food loss and waste have been the major obstacles to eradicate hunger and achieving the SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals)of the United Nations in the world.Although the production and supply of food in China continue to increase,the large amounts of food loss and waste still threaten China’s food security.Based on the existing research on food loss and waste from domestic scholars,using the relevant data,the amount of food loss and waste all around the food industry chain was estimated,including production,harvesting,storage,transportation,processing,and consumption.The results showed that the loss and waste of the whole food industry in China were approximately 72.1 million tons each year,accounting for approximately 11.9%of total grain production;food loss and waste not only affected domestic food supply,but also caused the waste of water and soil,and increased the burden on the environment and ecological system.Based on this,in order to reduce food loss and waste,related policies and measures for each sector of the food industry were put forward.
