摘　　要：国际组织是语言治理的重要场域,这在突发公共危机之时尤为凸显。本文聚焦世界卫生组织语言治理实践,爬梳其语言政策的历时演进过程,分析其践行多语机制背后的治理理念。研究发现:世卫组织多语信息传播格局基本形成,多语实践结构层次多元并行,多语服务的价值取向更加客观,多语治理依然面临现实挑战。相关研究结果可为国际组织语言治理研究和新时代我国“外语+”复合型国际组织人才培养提供些许参考。International organizations function as an important field of language governance,which is particularly prominent during global crises.The present study,with a focus on the language governance of World Health Organization,explores the evolution of its language policies,and analyzes the ideology behind.It discusses and concludes that the multilingual information dissemination mechanism of the organization has been established,its multilingual practice presents multi-layer structure,its multilingual service tends to be more neutral and scientific,and potential challenges are still in the way.The findings are expected to provide some reference for studies in the field and“foreign language+”talent training programs in the new era.
