摘 要:针对钢-混组合梁桥的行车振动问题,设计了一种碰撞调谐质量阻尼器(pounding tuned mass dampers, PTMD)装置,进行了基于PTMD的钢-混组合梁减振效应试验研究和数值分析研究。设计并制作了钢-混组合梁试验模型和PTMD装置,研究了PTMD装置的减振效果并进行PTMD装置的参数讨论。结果表明,该PTMD装置对钢-混组合梁的振动有明显的抑制效果,在振动响应较大时能够取得更好的减振效果,其最佳质量比为2%,最佳碰撞间隙为4 mm,在试验梁上同时安装3个PTMD更为合理。以某高速公路线路上的双主梁钢-混组合梁桥为研究背景,建立了车-桥-PTMD耦合系统模型,计算并对比双主梁钢-混组合梁桥在移动车辆荷载作用下无减振装置和应用PTMD装置下的动力响应,验证了PTMD装置在实际应用中的减振效果。Aiming at the vehicle driving vibration of steel-concrete composite girder bridges, a pounding tuned mass damper(PTMD) device was designed, and the experimental study on the vibration reduction effect of a steel-concrete composite beam installed with the PTMD was carried out. The experimental model of the steel-concrete composite beam and PTMD device were designed and made. The damping effect of the PTMD device was studied and the parameters of the PTMD device were also discussed. The results show that the PTMD device can obviously restrain the vibration of the steel-concrete composite beam, and better damping effect can be obtained when the vibration response is larger. The optimum mass ratio is 2%, and the optimum collision clearance is 4 mm. It is more reasonable to install three PTMDs on the experimental beam at the same time.
