摘　　要：经济高质量发展是时代主题。文章在梳理国内学者关于经济高质量发展研究成果的基础上,结合西藏的特殊气候和地理条件,明晰西藏在全国经济发展中的定位和地位,界定了西藏经济高质量发展内涵,并构建一套符合西藏特点的经济高质量发展指标体系,对西藏2000-2020年经济发展质量进行测度,以此为西藏经济高质量发展建言献策。High quality economic development is the theme of the times.Based on combing the research results of domestic scholars on high-quality economic development,combined with Tibet's special climate and geographical conditions,this article clarifies Tibet's positioning and position in national economic development,defines the connotation of high-quality economic development in Tibet,and constructs a set of high-quality economic development index system in line with Tibet's characteristics to measure the quality of economic development in Tibet from 2000 to 2020,so as to offer advice and suggestions for the high-quality development of Tibet's economy.
