文化自信视域下景德镇手工制瓷技艺传承发展——基于传统传承模式成长上限基模的分析

摘　　要：以手工制瓷技艺为核心的景德镇陶瓷文化是中华优秀传统文化的杰出代表,传承与发展景德镇手工制瓷技艺,是坚定文化自信的一项具体落实,在当前具有非常重要的现实意义。运用系统动力学成长上限基模分析方法,探寻景德镇手工制瓷技艺家族传承、师徒传承、组织传承三种传统传承模式的各种影响因素及其制约机理,提出三个杠杆解:一是加大财税金融支持,拓展传统手工制瓷行业利润空间;二是强化产品创新驱动,提高传统手工制瓷产品市场占有率;三是传承弘扬陶瓷文化,提升传统手工制瓷文化社会认同。Jingdezhen ceramic culture with handmade porcelain technology as the core is an outstanding representative of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Inheriting and developing Jingdezhen handmade porcelain technology is a concrete implementation of strengthening cultural confidence,which has very important practical significance at present.By using the method of system dynamics growth upper limit basic model analysis,this paper explores the influencing factors and restricting mechanisms of three traditional inheritance modes of Jingdezhen handmade porcelain craftsmanship:family inheritance,mentoring inheritance and organizational inheritance.And it puts forward the following three leverage solutions:first,increase financial support to expand the profit space of traditional handmade porcelain industry;second,strengthen product innovation drive,improve the market share of traditional handmade porcelain products;third,inherit and promote ceramic culture and enhance social recognition of traditional handmade porcelain culture.
