摘  要:专业学位研究生教育实践基地是专业学位研究生教育高质量发展的抓手和突破口,而科学的教育实践基地质量评估指标工具是基地高质量建设的有力保障。基于专业学位研究生教育发展需求与基地建设紧迫现状,遵循政策依据、理论依据与事实依据,坚持系统性与针对性相统一、过程性与结果性相统一、客观性与主观性相统一、可比性与普适性相统一四大原则,借鉴层次分析法的体系构建与权重测算法,最终构建由基地条件、管理体制、人才培养及合作效果四个维度组成的专业学位研究生教育实践基地质量评估指标体系。The practice base of professional degree postgraduate education is the starting point and breakthrough of the high quality development of professional degree postgraduate education,and the scientific evaluation index tool of the quality of educational practice base is the strong guarantee of the high quality construction of the base.Based on professional degree graduate education development needs and base construction urgent status,following the policy basis,theoretical basis and factual basis,and adhering to the four principles of unification of systematicness and opposability,process and outcome,objectivity and subjectivity,comparability and universality,the paper uses analytic hierarchy process(ahp)of system construction and weight measurement method,Finally,a quality evaluation index system of professional degree postgraduate education and practice base is constructed,which consists of four dimensions:base condition,management system,talent training and cooperation effect.
