摘　　要：为实现过期药物的回收处理,总结了国内外回收过期药物的实践经验,提出“智能药箱+药物回收”的闭环模式。借助大数据支持下的互联网平台,构建政府监管下的制药企业、药箱用户、社工组织、回收企业联动关系,建立反馈机制,由回收企业完成药物资源分布分析,使制药企业充分了解药物需求,从而调整产量,达到节约资源和保护环境的目的。In order to recovery processing of expired drugs,the study summarizes practical experience of the recycle of expired drugs;proposes the thinking of close loop design“intelligent medicine box+drug recycling”;builds a linkage relationship among pharmaceutical enterprises,drug cabinet users,social work organizations and recycling enterprises under the supervision of the government based on internet platform under the support of big data;establishes feedback mechanism;analyzes the distribution of drug resources completed by recycle enterprises,to fully know drug demands of pharmaceutical enterprises,adjust output,and achieve the goal of resource conservation and environmental protection.
